Paragona
Recruitment process
Our offer is simple – if you give us a chance to get to know you, we will work hard to find a suitable vacancy for you. After our assessment process, we will arrange an interview with the employer online or directly in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the UK or France.
Once you receive and accept the job offer, you will sign a contract with the employer and then start an intensive, free-of-charge language course, online or residential, at Paragona’s campus. We provide you and your family with all the preparation and support you need to successfully meet the challenge of working abroad. We help you in applying for the licence to practise and stay permit, organising removals, finding accommodation and schools etc. Now you are ready to start your new medical career!
Paragona Academy
Recruitment process
Paragona Academy will provide you with a tried and tested methodology to help you reach medical language proficiency. With our comprehensive recruitment process we assure effectiveness and professionalism.
Follow the steps and study on one of our courses:
- contact us to receive more information about the training and arrange a placement test;
- choose the best option for you (schedule, group/private tuition, payment scheme);
- start your course.
Learn and work with us
We offer a general medical English course that can help you communicate with your colleagues and patients freely. We can also prepare you for the OET, which is now recognised as proof of language proficiency in Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and the UK, and it is crucial in order to apply for the licence to practise.
If you plan to work in Norway or Sweden, we offer Norwegian and Swedish courses. The training combines general and medical language. You will learn how to communicate in everyday situations and in a clinical setting, which is crucial to start employment in a new country.
